MARKETING/PROMOTIONS COORDINATOR

CBS Radio’s KyXy-FM, San Diego, seeks a Marketing & Promotions Coordinator. This position is responsible for maintaining a large database of listeners & contest participants, writing & distributing a weekly listener E-newsletter, coordinating on-air contesting materials, updating promotions & advertising elements on the KyXy website, assisting the Promotions Dept. on-site at select station events, and prize fulfillment for contest winners.

We’re looking for the consummate “multi-tasker” with a passion for organizing everything. Candidates must possess excellent communication and people skills along with good grammar & creative writing ability, enjoy dealing with the public and thrive in an intense, fast-paced environment. Must type 60 wpm and be proficient with MS Word, Excel, Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, and use website maintenance tools and database management applications.
