PART-TIME RECEPTIONIST (12:30P-5:30P)

We are looking for an out-going and professional PART-TIME receptionist to be the “ambassador” of our company for all of our clients, listeners and vendors. The ideal candidate will be flexible, possess solid secretarial skills, strong phone and customer service skills, ability to multi-task and highly organized.
Our receptionist will be responsible for, but not limited to:

  • Answering all incoming calls
  • Greeting clients and vendors
  • Manage prize giveaways
  • Sort/send US mail
  • Provide back-up support for our Sales and Traffic departments
  • Computer skills are required with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong skills in MS Powerpoint. All candidates invited for an interview will be tested on their computer skills.

    High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Salary DOE ($8-$10/hour).
