Concerning availability of classical music in San Diego, there is ONE other option for classical music fans there: And that option is XLNC1, 90.7FM! It's 24 hours of non-stop, commercial free classical music, and it's live & local! I'm surprised that no one knows about this station! There's one other thing about this station that you need to know, it's a listener-supported radio station! Meaning that it is solely supported by donations from those who listen to it regularly, that's the ONLY way that they can make it! Otherewise, it will go away, and in San Diego, that would be a bad thing! See, at least, up here in L.A., there is another classical music station on FM, and it's listener-supported,too. But I know that down there in S.D., XLNC is it!!! And it needs to be supported by it's listeners for it to survive! Believe me, classical music lovers & fans in San Diego should NOT have to travel up here to L.A., or buy an HD radio to enjoy great classical music. It doesn't have to be like that!
