KSON Kountry Mornings

KSONCliff Dumas, Morgan Thomas, Bill Tanner and Tori Peck, better known as Cliff & Company, have signed on for another three years as KSON-FM’s Morning Team. The show has experienced immense success since taking over the 5 a.m. to 9 a.m. time slot three years ago on 97.3 and 92.1 FM.

“In the time I’ve worked with Cliff & Company, they’ve displayed the desire, work ethic and tenacity needed to succeed,” said KSON Program Director John Marks. “In three short years, they have established themselves as a consistent top 5 player in San Diego, which is no easy feat in the most competitive morning show market in the United States.”

“Cliff, Morgan, Tanner and Tori have exhibited character and shown a tremendous amount of courage under very challenging circumstances,” added KSON General Manager Darrel Goodin. “In a very short time, they have built an outstanding four- person show from scratch while facing tremendous competitive pressure. And they’ve managed to be quite successful doing it. Cliff and Company work incredibly hard, are very talented and most importantly, they’re good people. That’s what KSON is all about.”

In the Fall 2006 Arbitron ratings, Cliff & Company placed 5th with a 4.1 Share in Adults 25-54, Monday-Friday.
