This position will report to the Director of Marketing and the Promotions Manager. Candidate will be responsible for set-up, breakdown of promotional booth, and equipment at on-site events, listener interaction, and will assist with give-aways, raffles, contests. Office duties will include calling winners, filing, faxing, and organizing the storage cages and vans, with appropriate promo items needed at events. Must have excellent written, verbal communication skills and be detail oriented. Some promotion/event planning/radio experience preferred. Position requires A LOT of energy, willingness to learn in a VERY fast paced environment. High School Diploma or Equivalent required. Must have excellent driving record and be comfortable driving large vehicles. Flexible hours including nights and weekends necessary; Position will be responsible for San Diego Padres Pre and Post-game events held at various bars and restaurants downtown San Diego.

Copyright Royalty Board. Internet broadcasters may have to bow and give them more money. In proposed moves that will reach back in time to grab more coin, the board, based at the Library of Congress, want internet streaming stations to hand over more money. For radio stations, they are paying twice: once for over the air, and once again for internet streaming. While artist deserve to be paid for their music, the constant money grab could kill streaming options for stations. Stay Digitially Tuned.
