Joins station on air in mid-December

Jennifer writes: “Yep, I’ve moved.

After spending an amazing two years with Chris and Ruggy, the time came to make a change. With their blessings and support, I have accepted a job at a radio station that I have fallen in love with: Sophie.

CBS Radio’s Modern AC SOPHIE @ 103.7 (KSCF-FM) is pleased to announce that Jennifer White has joined the station as morning air personality.

Wednesday was White’s final appearance as morning co-host of the Chris Cantore show at alternative 91X (XTRA-FM) San Diego, CA. She came to 91X in January 2006 from KNDD Seattle. Jennifer’s background includes air staff positions at KPNT St. Louis, WNOR and WAFX in Norfolk.

As a voice-over talent she’s been heard on commercials for car dealers and other companies. White is a graduate of Virginia Wesleyan College.

KSCF Operations Manager/Program Director, Charlie Quinn comments, “Jennifer is the ideal combination of San Diego morning show credibility fused with a natural, intuitive feel for the SOPHIE life-group. She understands the expectation of our listeners and will offer an organic, no hype, no bells and whistles presentation that focuses on SOPHIE music and artists.”

There are no immediate plans to add additional personalities to the SOPHIE morning show. White is expected to join the KSCF air staff in mid-December.
