… in a brand new car!
KIFM, Smooth Jazz 98.1 gave away a new, 2008 Mercedes-Benz on Wednesday as part of the grand prize to the “Easy Money Workday.” The winner, Lisa Phetsany of San Diego, was shocked when KIFM morning drive hosts, Mike V and Lenny B, surprised her at work with the keys to her new luxury car.
“Lisa was ecstatic when we showed up at her work with and surprised her by presenting her with keys to the new Mercedes,” said KIFM Promotions Director John D’Angelo. “It was such an exciting way to wrap up this year’s ‘Easy Money Workday’ on KIFM. We gave away a new Jaguar back in June and followed it up with the new Mercedes. The cars and the cash have created a ton of excitement in San Diego.”
All winners this year from KIFM’s “Easy Money Workday” had qualified to win the new car. At the top of the hour, weekdays from 8am-5pm, the 10th caller won $100 and was then qualified to win the grand prize Mercedes-Benz.
After a short hiatus, the Easy Money Workday will resume in 2008 with more hourly winners and a new grand prize.
