“Mittens” is a one-year old, female, spayed, short hair Tabby. She’s purr-fect for the New Year and can throw a good paw-tay. She’s displaying the fashion for the day — Tinsel! All that glitter for a catty good time of a New Year.

The photo is from 1952 of KCBQ. David’s ordering information for the book is below. He writes about the picture: “the studio was located at the Manor Hotel on Texas Street near El Cajon Blvd. The smaller KCBQ sign, mounted on the building, was relocated and used as a pole sign along Mission Gorge Rd. when the studio was established in Santee.
